The owner, despite the language barrier, was extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring I had everything I needed. The location was safe and a short walk to the airport, with well-lit streets. I had a great stay at Nadia's place, can't recommend it enough. I was in Germany for a day for an event in Leverkusen, so I needed a room to sleep a few hours before my flight the next morning. The rooms are just a 15-minute walk to the airport and the surroundings looked very safe to me. Although Nadia doesn't speak English and I don't speak German, we managed to communicate with the help of her son. The apartment was lovely, everything looked brand new and much better than what I was expecting. The bed was very comfy, too bad I had an early flight and couldn't enjoy it as much. Checked in very late, after midnight, but the property owner was super friendly and accommodating. Also, I got a nice little chocolate treat in my room which was a great way to start my stay here. Would definitely come back if I need to stay near the airport.

Complimentary WiFi and private parking were a nice touch during my stay. But let me tell you, the real star of the show was the homestay's supply of towels. They were super fluffy, like being wrapped in a cloud of luxury! It was almost like getting a bear hug from a marshmallow.
